Your company has a lot of energy – this is how you make the most of it

Everything we encounter has an energy. We feel it when we meet people, try a new restaurant, see a new TV series or movie, or read a book. We have learned that 90% of buyers make purchase decisions based on emotions, not logic. This is their emotion related to the energy of something. For example, a salesperson desperate to close a sale may provide “needy” energy that drives the buyer in the opposite direction, or a thought leader with a calm confidence that attracts people.

Sheevaun Moran, often referred to as “the spiritual fighter for business growth,” sees energy as inextricably linked to our business. Your new book, Secret energy patterns of all successful companies, covers just that. Moran and I joined forces to learn more about this fascinating idea of what makes businesses successful, and here is what I learned.

The founder determines the energy of a company

When a company is first started, it arises from the energy of the founder or visionary. Thus, energetic imbalances within the founder can affect the business – and the same applies if several founders or people come together. “These energetic patterns come from the founder, top management team, and the board, and problems can arise when there is an energy conflict,” said Moran. When an idea takes shape, it is in the hands of the founder. Moran noted that the organization draws on the founder’s energy for a long time and plays a direct role in the company’s longevity.

“When the energy of the individual or group is coherent and clear, the company can thrive much more easily. If the individual or group has different visions, the time to fulfillment of the end results will be delayed, ”noted Moran. This is why it can be important to have a coach if there are problems at the beginning.

Even more Interestingly, health problems in the founder’s life can also affect the business – because of the energetic imbalance. “I once worked with a client who had technology that was out of this world, but their physical and mental health were so exhausted they turned the company over to a board of directors so they wouldn’t have to worry about the day .” today. After we worked on the founder’s health, he was able to take the company back and make the sale hugely profitable, ”reflects Moran.

Companies also have chakras

“Chakras are the body’s concentrated energy centers. We have large and small chakras in our energetic body systems. When a chakra is not working properly or is blocked, diseases are more common, ”says Moran. “Our well-being at all levels can influence the chakras and is influenced by them. When we feel depressed, we may not be taking in the maximum amount of energy for our needs. “

The energy we keep flows into our businesses and is felt by our customers, so it’s important to be aware of it.

Find your optimal energy

In order to incorporate this knowledge into your consciousness, Moran recommends working with a coach or participating in energy healings frequently, even if you do not now believe that there are any imbalances.

“As the founder goes through making his vision a reality, it is natural for internal and external programs set earlier in life to increase. These energetic patterns are born out of fears and are located in the energy body, in the DNA and in the unconscious, ”explained Moran.

It is true that once we begin to experience successes or benefits outside of our comfort zone, there can be a crisis of confidence or other issues. Gay Hendricks discusses exactly this in his bestseller. The big leap. His terminology for this is the “cap problem” when things get a little “too good” and there is a tendency to self-sabotage. But sometimes the sabotage also comes in the form of external events.

At the very least, learning more about how your energy is synchronized with that of your company and assessing potential imbalances or disturbances in yourself or your business partner is a powerful way to ensure more success in your life and that of your company.
