Business background: We offer unsecured loans ranging from $10,000 to $400,000 with no down payment, no collateral, and no upfront fees, and only require a FICO score of 670 and annual gross income of $27,000 to prequalify. The grant can be used for any purpose and the loan term is 3.5 or 7 years with no prepayment penalty. We have a customer success fee of 15% of the loan amount you are approved for, but you only pay this to us after you have been funded. We have a team of corporate lawyers in house to negotiate the best rates and terms on your behalf and the arte can be as low as 6%. If you submit your application along with the documents we need, you can be funded in less than 7 days!

What was the best thing about owning your own business? We love helping our clients get finance so they can reach their dreams and financial goals faster.

What was the worst thing about owning your own business? We are unable to finance clients who do not already have a 670 credit score, but the good news is that we now have an in-house credit team who can help our clients grow their credit score faster for a flat fee.

How has the pandemic affected your business? Pandemic has actually helped our clients who have decided to do side businesses or become new business owners fund them to change their destiny and become more financially independent and embark on the path to early retirement.

How have you had to adapt during the pandemic? What changes have you made? We find ways to support our clients in various ways to get approved for our loan.

What do you think is your secret to staying in business during the pandemic? The biggest key to success is making sure we speak to our customers and listen to their unique needs so we can customize our lending program for them.

Has the need for labor impacted your business? How come? No, our business is mostly over the phone and email, so the labor shortage wasn’t a big issue.

How has the community supported your business over the years? Our business is new to Cumming, although we have other brokerages nationwide.

Anything else to add? We look forward to serving residents of Cumming and surrounding towns with personal loans, business loans, medical loans, fix and flip loans, rehab loans, stock trading loans, cryptocurrency loans and literally loans for any purpose as our financing program is very flexible .
