Item 1 – Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Cortland to sign and submit two Community Development Block Grant applications to the New York State Office of Community Renewal for funding for a micro-business support program and a housing refurbishment program Obtained to authorize the mayor to enter into grant agreements with the funding source for either or both of the grants to be awarded to the city and to take any other action necessary to implement the program or programs.
